I was happy with the service provided by Arbtech and by Joe. The price of the report was competitive , and we were also referred to a local bat group who provided evidence ( bat data search) at a lower cost than expected. The visit was done within a few days, and the report arrived as promised within a week. I would happily recommend Arbtech based on this experience.
