Charlotte brings a great deal of enthusiasm, experience and knowledge to the team. She is a fully qualified BREEAM assessor, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (ACIEEM) and Institute of Environmental Sciences (AMIEnvSc). She also holds a level 2 licence for surveying bats and a level 1 great crested newt licence. Charlotte worked as an ecological consultant in the midlands for most of her career, and in so doing, has acquired plenty of experience working on a range of ecological projects and conducting surveys voluntarily. Charlotte is also a hedgehog and bat carer, and a wildlife champion for Sustrans between Walsall and Brownhills. She likes to bake and is obsessed with Disney (no, really). Charlotte has been with us 1 year.
Robert Oates, director says:
Charlotte is great with clients. She’s got an innate ability to reassure people, and hand-hold (as required) while navigating the planning process, when it intersects with protected species and habitats. Always super-keen to learn and develop her ecology field-skills, she is constantly going on courses and CPD events, and her report writing is as clear and precise as you’d expect from any good masters graduate; really, it’s no wonder I get so much good feedback about her, from clients and colleagues alike.
