Matthew turned around the report in 48 hours, he was diligent and professional throughout and would highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for this type of work done.

The bat survey was undertaken in a professional manner and we were kept informed at all times as to the progress. The report is comprehensive and will assist in our discussions with the Council planners and local environment groups.

This is the second time we have used Arbtech for a Habitat Survey and they have always been very professional in their approach and timely in the production of their informative reports. Thanks once again for an excellent service.

Delivery was as the timescales quoted at the time of appointment. In hindsight everything was done by E-mail which looking back felt all a bit clinical, a phone call on confirmation of appointment would have been appreciated and provide that personal touch.

A first class survey done efficiently and reported swiftly once the survey had finished. The report clearly identifies the badger locations and have been plotted accurately so that we can adjust our plans for the site.
Would certainly use the company again and recommend to others.

Matt was incredibly helpful providing a practical report to support a planned basement extension under the garden at our house. He liaised with both us and the council planners and tree officers to ensure the proposal met with their approval.

Prompt speedy service. Survey delivered on time. On this first experience would recommend ARBTECH and certainly use again. No complaints at all.

I telephoned Craig to arrange a time of his visit and he was there before I was.
He got to work immediately and explained throughout the survey exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it.
I asked many questions and he answered them fully and professionally.
After the survey was completed he took photo’s of the site and told me that I would receive the report via my e-mail address.

We have been very impressed with Arbtech’s services and would definitely recommend them. Our phase 1 habitat survey was carried out on time and a very detailed report produced within a day or two of the survey having been carried out. Natalie was extremely helpful in explaining to a complete novice what was involved and needed – dealing with a planning office is a daunting experience but we were able to leave this survey (and a future tree survey) in very capable hands.
