Received report the in 24 hours! Fantastic service.

Our architect mentioned we might need a bat survey! I looked on the internet and found Arbtech, the reviews looked good so I emailed them and a booking form was sent immediately. I completed the form and sent it back and that evening Simon Pidgeon rang me and booked the survey for the following eveing. Simon was very polite and professional throughout and carried out a thorough survey and told us the report would be with us by Monday which it was! Fantastic service can not fault it at all. David Garrick, Undertook a comprehensive woodland condition survey of 3 woodlands which enabled me to make an informed decision on the purchase of the wood land. The report supported my valuation. Of particular note David full understood my expected outcome and worked with me. Seldom have I enjoyed such a good working relation ship with a consultant.

Our council asked my architect for a bat survey and ecological report for some land we are looking to get planning permission at to build four houses. Mark Best e-mailed me straight away to say he would be coming out the very next day, and we had our report within that same week. I can highly recommend Arbtech Consulting as a professional company that are easy to deal with and very quick.

Mark was a very nice man and clearly knows all there is about bats and local ecology in Northants. He was polite and thorough at our site and phoned ahead to say he would be delayed by traffic. Overall I am very impressed and have no hesitation in recommending him.

I am a Wates QS and was tasked with procuring a bat survey for 2 schools for our projects in Surrey. I have to say that rarely have I come across such a responsive and professional organization as Martin’s team at Arbtech. Competitive prices are married to a high level of efficiency and service.

Following a requirement for a Phase 1 Habitat Survey on a proposed site for a new cemetery we contacted Arbtech. Very impressed with the arrangements and survey conducted with a couple of week’s notice. Survey report provided on the same day as the survey was conducted which was excellent. Much appreciated.

After the Council requested that we check the house roofs for the presence of bats, Arbtech undertook a scoping bat survey. The survey was arranged and conducted within days of the request and the report was provided within hours of the survey completion. A fast efficient service conducted by pleasant, informative people.

The team at Arbtech were as efficient and professional as they were polite and courteous. My tree survey seemed a little daunting at first but these guys made it painless. Really impressed with my reports and I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing any work of this nature completed. Top company, top people!

Arbtech undertook a bat survey for me in a very professional manner. Both serveyors had a great passion for bats and were very informative. The report was informative and easy to understand. Great job.

Swindon council told me I would need an ecological assessment report with my planning application otherwise they would not accept it. Arbtech were very quick at identifying exactly the report I needed and got on with everything quickly. I was a bit shocked to discover that the council wanted extra ‘data’, at a considerable cost of £125, which Arbtech had not included in their fees. I was contacted by one of Arbtech’s ecological consultants to ask if I would mind leaving a review and am happy to oblige.

Polly was very kind and spent a good deal of time talking me through the process while on site. She let me accompany her during part of her survey so I could appreciate what the council were asking for.

We have used Arbtech on quite a number of projects over the years for our tree surveys. Their quality and fast turn around, make them great value for money.

Produced a full tree survey and report for Llannerch Park (location of the outlet) in an amazingly quick time and put together a tree protection plan to enable an emergency planning extant application to go through successfully. Rob motivated his team to provide a quick response and deliver the paperwork the council needed on time – and the cost was just what he said it would be.

Couldn’t ask for any better!!

We needed to offer protection to the farm from prevailing winds whilst not blocking sunlight. We had found certain tree types were not growing well in the past and Arbtech suggested having soil analysis done. With this in hand it was easy to make the correct recommendations and so far we have been very pleased with the results with no need to make any changes.

Alan came to site a number of times to ensure that the plan met with our needs and would deliver the necessary goals. He also followed this up some time after to gauge the success of the project.

All in all very professional and I would wholeheartedly recommend Arbtech to anyone.

After I get the bad news of bats present, I then panicked that I would have an up hill struggle to get planning permission. Arbtech took care of everything and dealt with all the hurdles that were placed in my way. Would recommend them to anyone.

Arbtech were very good at making me feel comfortable and supported. I had contacted several other companies for quotations and found them to be very standoffish saying that the trees must stay and I couldn’t build within 7m of them. Arbtech took a completely different attitude and advised me that while they could make no promises, they would try their very best for me to be able to build 4m away form the tree. They contacted the tree officer and discussed it with her, who recommended supporting the application. The only negative point was I had to chase up Matt to send the report again as I did not receive it the first time it was sent.

Matt was very patient and explained everything clearly so that I understood what was likely to be acceptable to the council, and what I should be prepared to make concessions on. He also offered to speak to the tree officer on my behalf which I thought was a nice touch.

You were the only people I called who are prepared to discuss price over the phone. I gave you four stars as the price was very competitive but the time scale to get to our site was a little outside of your advertized 2-5 days on this web site (7 days). However, I was assured that was simply because you were held up by bad weather the week before, the service I received was excellent and I will be using you again very soon.

A good firm to work with. This is our second time using arbtech on one of our developments. Easy to deal with, very quick – our report came back the same day as the survey was undertaken by Mr Best.

Former Dairy Building, Southend Farm, Selsey Road, Donnington, Chichester, Hampshire PO20 7PS. I needed a scoping bat survey, bat emergence surveys, mitigation statement, natural Enlgand licence for bats. Cost was approximately £2,600 the lot (obviously plus the taxman’s slice – VAT).

Excellent. Very professional and approachable. Martin is the definition of an expert and knows his subject (bats!!) intimately.
