Arbtech have chosen Celnor Group to be our partner for the next phase of our growth story.

Celnor is a TICC (testing, inspection, certification and compliance) consolidator backed by London-based private equity firm, Inflexion.

The Group is headed up by serial-entrepreneur, Simon Parrington, and already employs 800+ people across 17 businesses. With over 100 staff (and still recruiting), the addition of Arbtech will be the Group’s largest acquisition to date.
