Due to Council planning requirements , we needed a tree survey done to a BS 5837, prior to our application (hopefully ) being granted for our new house.
This was required urgently , David not only came in excellent time was extremely professional and polite but was able to write up and present our report the next day !!

I have used Arbtech for a number of years and various surveys for my new build project.
The latest report required was a reptile survey, I instructed the report I was contacted shortly afterwards by Lauren.
We arranged to meet on site and several appointment thereafter.
Lauren turned up on time for all the site visits then turned the report round within 4days always happy and very polite. I have been very happy with my experience with Arbtech and would defiantly recommend to my friends.

When replying to private individuals using abbreviations such as dwg means nothing to us and only leads to confusion, despite this I would certainly recommend you and your company

With no experience of what to expect in this field I was most impressed with the efficient professional and courteous approach by Lauren from the arranging of the appointment for the inspection, to the speedy receipt of the draft report itself.

Bat surveys were done in an efficient way without any fuss, with good communication at all times

Arbtech were exemplary in delivering a fast, efficient service. We brought them in to ‘clean up’ the mess left by another consultant, who left us in the lurch and stopped responding to messages.. Arbtech reviewed his existing report and recommended that we try to agree a vastly reduced scope of works with Basingstoke and Dean. This was done and much less costly surveys were recommended for those pesky little slow worms! We had the condition discharged inside of 6 weeks. Very pleased and will recommend!

This the second time Natalie has carried out bat survey work for me, I have found her to be very helpful and has a realistic view regarding the welfare of bats, she prepares the report within a few days of the survey, I will use her again .

In a time when reports are getting thinner and thinner, with less and less useful information, Arbtech is completely the opposite!

And since house buying is stressful and involves plenty of admin, the office staff are super organised and know how to help you to get it all done efficiently. If you did building work too, I would so hire you for that. Well done!

We used Arbtech after being told a bat assessment was required to accompany our planning application. We had only 1 week from contacting Arbtech to submit the completed report failing which we would have to withdraw our application. Arbtech were excellent at making this happen, from taking the initial booking through to submitting the completed report within the time restraints put to us. Amy was in touch as soon as she had been allocated the job, was polite, pleasant, knowledgable and extremely quick to respond to the work required. We had a Bat Survey – Preliminary Roost Assessment (Natalie Evans). Lauren Fear also attended to check loft which was unavailable first visit. Both girls were very polite and friendly, knowledgeable and spent time explaining their work. They were also very efficient and gave us a timescale of when we would receive the report which arrived ahead of time. We would recommend them both.
