Prompt helpful.. understanding of my time constraints and ”did the business” for me .. Thorough professional report & Service.

Unfortunately the same cant be said for the PEA for the same site .. that didn’t run quite so smoothly – hiccup in notifying Ecologist has held things up by a few days.. but hey ho – everyone seems keen to help and communicate well.

Natalie was great – professional, polite, always on time. Work was very thorough and everything was explained. Reports were received in a timely manner.

Jon was easily contactable, really helpful and completed the work in a timely and efficient fashion.

Report was delivered on time and was extremely throrough. Jon went out of his way to make sure he can fit us into his busy schedule as we needed the report done relatively quickly. Very happy with the product and Jon was a pleasure to work with.

I’m happy with the way the survey was done and the result.
There were only two downsides : one was the long wait of many months before it could be done, which I accept could not be avoided because of the season. The second was the relatively high cost.

David was very professional with the aim of supporting our cause and was very helpful in advising us about the health of the trees and what we could do to save them. Excellent friendly service. Would definitely use again and I would ask particularly for David to visit the site because of his extensive knowledge base.

I was delighted with the professional manner in which the survey was booked, planned and carried out. My extensive search for a suitable firm to provide the report required by a Mortgage Lender led me to ARBTECH and the professionalism conveyed by reviewing the firm’s website was certainly backed up by their performance and comprehensive survey report.
