Very friendly, comprehensive report provide with in a couple of days of the survey.

Quick, efficient and helpful

Arbtech very generously provided services in-kind for a charitable project and have acted with utmost professionalism and efficiency. David Garrick performed the Tree Survey, and was excellent at communicating the entire process in advance, giving clear instructions about what I needed to provide him with, and a time schedule. In the end, the survey was produced not only on time, but a day early! David was available on the phone both times I contacted him and answered the queries I had. Couldn’t be more impressed by the service, and am hugely grateful to Arbtech for the support.

Booked in a survey and Jon came a day early on a Wednesday. I asked when it would be done and he said by Tuesday morning. Monday evening it arrived again early. Very reliable. Thanks!

Jon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in completing the Arboricultural Development Report to support a planning application for a recent proposed development. When faced with issues including revised site layouts (having already completed the report), he was on hand to quickly turn around revised reports and drawings in order to meet extremely tight timescales.

Natalie and her assistant were very punctual, efficient and polite.

Arboricultural Method Statement, Tree Protection Plan

Natalie Evans carried out a bat survey at my property and I was extremely happy with her professionalism and attention to detail.

Craig Williams attended the site within a weeks notice to conduct a bat survey, I found him very professional and helpful. Craig produced a thorough report the same day he visited the site enabling us not to have any delays with our planning application. We have also had an arbicultural report undertaken by Rod Benzies who was equally as professional and quick in providing the report. I would recommend them both highly and the company.

Arbtech provided a fast, efficient service. Having talked through what was actually needed initially, the survey was then done promptly and we got a report back quickly. All in all, very thorough and very easy!

Matthew turned around the report in 48 hours, he was diligent and professional throughout and would highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for this type of work done.

The bat survey was undertaken in a professional manner and we were kept informed at all times as to the progress. The report is comprehensive and will assist in our discussions with the Council planners and local environment groups.

This is the second time we have used Arbtech for a Habitat Survey and they have always been very professional in their approach and timely in the production of their informative reports. Thanks once again for an excellent service.

Delivery was as the timescales quoted at the time of appointment. In hindsight everything was done by E-mail which looking back felt all a bit clinical, a phone call on confirmation of appointment would have been appreciated and provide that personal touch.

A first class survey done efficiently and reported swiftly once the survey had finished. The report clearly identifies the badger locations and have been plotted accurately so that we can adjust our plans for the site.
Would certainly use the company again and recommend to others.
