Matt was incredibly helpful providing a practical report to support a planned basement extension under the garden at our house. He liaised with both us and the council planners and tree officers to ensure the proposal met with their approval.

I telephoned Craig to arrange a time of his visit and he was there before I was.
He got to work immediately and explained throughout the survey exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it.

Oxford Law need a survey fast as we are going to put a planning application in on behalf of our clients. Fast efficient service, detailed report and very happy with the outcome.

We needed a bat survey quickly to get a planning application registered as valid. We asked for a quotation and got it very quickly. Jo emailed what was going to happen and when. Everything was done as she set out in the email. We are completely satisfied and will continue to use the company for future work.

A bat survey was required for a planning application by our client, Fulwood Academy,to erect floodlighting for their all weather pitch. The process has been ongoing for a year, and during that time, the school headship has changed, the planning officer been on long term sickness absence, and the lighting consultant moved on from his role. The subsequent and protracted delays meant that the school required the bat survey to be undertaken as a matter of urgency.
Arbtech responded positively to my need for swift, professional service, and commenced the work just a few days later. They have been consistently professional and communicative throughout the process, and the final report is very comprehensive, with the findings and analysis clearly presented. Very thorough and detailed report for Cardiff City Council, carried out on time and efficiently, with great understanding of the situation of the hotel and its residents. We are exceptionally pleased with the results.

This was carried out on a small plot of agricultural land, adjacent to a built up area of the village, and required by local planning authority South Northants Council.

Very well, completely professional yet also pragmatic and taking all circumstances into consideration. The largely tick box exercise was underpinned with excellent understanding of all tree and ecological matters, and I learned a few things about the countryside!

Having spent almost twenty thousand pounds on our planning application for four houses on a 1.5 acre plot, we were hit with a bombshell b the planners. We needed expert help and it came in the form of Matthew Middle, who my husband and I cannot commend enough. He literally saved the application from being withdrawn by acting decisively and quickly, meaning we did not need to re submit our application and re design the site at what would have been a very substantial cost.

Amy was wonderfully professional and shared her knowledge freely with me and my husband, when she came with Jo to do our bat survey. Her report was first rate and back to us before the day was out. It’s not every day you recommend someone to a friend for a bat survey but I wouldn’t hesitate if the instance arose.

From the Bombshell of the LA specifying the need for a bat survey of a matter of which i had no knowledge I was given various advice and some very high quotes and then found Martin at the end of the phone at Arbtech and over two or three conversations he put me at ease explaining what needed to be done and why at a quote which was realy competitive, The surveyor Mr Mark Best carried out the survey in a most comprehensive way and the report followed without delay, I Fully Recommend Arbtech to anyone needing a survey.
