After a delay in getting started due to holidays and other circumstances which were understandable. Matthew did a great job of turning round the report in quick time to enable me to get to the local authority. Matthew was professional and helpful at every stage and I would not hesitate in recommending him or Arbtech to others. Thanks Matthew.

Very pleased with the work done I would have scored you a 5 but due to other staffing problems and holidays it was slightly delayed. When replying to private individuals using abbreviations such as dwg means nothing to us and only leads to confusion, despite this I would certainly recommend you and your company

With no experience of what to expect in this field I was most impressed with the efficient professional and courteous approach by Lauren from the arranging of the appointment for the inspection, to the speedy receipt of the draft report itself.
Lauren was a delight to deal with and I wish there were more people in this country with her attitude.

David was prompt, professional and very informative.

Bat surveys were done in an efficient way without any fuss, with good communication at all times

Arbtech were exemplary in delivering a fast, efficient service. We brought them in to ‘clean up’ the mess left by another consultant, who left us in the lurch and stopped responding to messages.. Arbtech reviewed his existing report and recommended that we try to agree a vastly reduced scope of works with Basingstoke and Dean. This was done and much less costly surveys were recommended for those pesky little slow worms! We had the condition discharged inside of 6 weeks. Very pleased and will recommend!

This the second time Natalie has carried out bat survey work for me, I have found her to be very helpful and has a realistic view regarding the welfare of bats, she prepares the report within a few days of the survey, I will use her again .
