Employees are looked after and feel as if they are part of a larger unit, even with consultants being dotted around the country from Chester to Kent. The flat management structure certainly assists with this.
Living in London almost feels like a hobby in itself given how busy it makes you!
I’d say my hobbies were mostly cooking or trying to stay active wherever possible through playing football or venturing to the gym.
Admittedly, the latter has dropped off in recent months, but I intend to get back to it as I fall into a new routine.
It’s important to be self-reflective but not self-critical.
You can only improve if you’re honest with yourself about what you achieved or haven’t quite completed, and being honest doesn’t always have to be negative.
Japan, both for the food and the skiing.
A lot of friends have been and rave about it for a whole host of reasons.
I feel as if I’d need a sabbatical to go and truly enjoy it as opposed to feeling rushed over two weeks or so.
My goal is to lead something of my own.
I’m fortunate to have this role because it’s a fantastic opportunity for me to learn the essential skills a founder needs to run a company.
To move abroad at some point and force myself to learn a language.
It’s something I’ve flirted with for a long time but haven’t been able to make a reality.
