What do you love most about the company?
I am new to the company, so far I can already see how supportive and welcoming the team have been which is a lovely atmosphere to be surrounded by especially in the workplace as this is where you spend a lot of your time.
What do you do when you are not in Arbtech?
My partner and I are long distance, I spend a lot of time driving in the car, so I try to go on as many walks as possible and to be outdoors in my spare time as well as going to the gym. I have grown up with a family of car enthusiasts, I enjoy looking after my car and seeing what upgrades I can add. I have 3 dogs and a tortoise, animals are a huge part of my life!
What is the biggest tip to achieve the most in life?
Having a consistent positive mindset in every aspect of life and always having a can do attitude.
What is the best social you’ve been on at Arbtech?
I have recently started so yet to attend a social, however I am looking forward to attending my first one!
Where do you want to travel to next?
This year, I have got a long weekend in Edinburgh and week in Cornwall to look forward too. However New York in the Winter has always been my dream destination.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
Hopefully, my partner and I will own a home in North Wales and no longer be long distance! I hope to progress in my role and continue working for the company and seeing what the future holds.
What is a goal you have for the future, in or out of work?
A goal of mine is to travel much more and see more of the world with my partner.
