What made you choose Arbtech?
Arbtech was recommended to me by someone, which led me to read the company pamphlet.
After learning more about the company, I felt that its values and opportunities aligned well with my own goals and ambitions, making it an exciting place to start my journey.
What do you love most about the company?
Definitely the people!
Everyone is friendly, approachable, and always willing to help where they can.
It makes a real difference knowing you have people around you who are happy to offer support.
What do you do when you are not at Arbtech?
When I’m not at Arbtech, you’ll usually find me gaming, playing Dungeons & Dragons (D&D), hiking up mountains, wild swimming, or collecting bones!
I enjoy getting outdoors, exploring new places, and discovering interesting things along the way.
What is your biggest tip to achieve the most in life?
I think it depends on how you define success.
For me, achieving the most means living life to the fullest and enjoying every moment.
You only get one shot at life, so my advice would be to be a little reckless now and then, try the things you’ve always wanted to do, and don’t let others stop you from being yourself.
What is the best social you’ve been on at Arbtech?
ArbFest 2026 was the first Arbtech social I’ve attended, and it was a great experience!
It was lovely to meet so many new people and take part in activities that I wouldn’t normally get the chance to try.
Where do you want to travel to next?
Anywhere with stunning views and interesting wildlife!
I’m always up for exploring somewhere new, especially if it means discovering some amazing landscapes or spotting wildlife along the way!
Though currently, my next stop is Greece!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?
Hopefully with a couple of protected species licences under my belt and in the field carrying out some interesting surveys.
I’m looking forward to developing my skills, gaining experience, and seeing where the journey takes me.
What is a goal you have for the future, in or out of work?
My main goal is simply to enjoy life.
I want to make the most of the opportunities that come my way, keep trying new things, and enjoy the journey both in and out of work.
