Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active, spending time with friends and family, and focusing on personal development.

What is your biggest tip to achieve the most in life?
My biggest tip is to remain disciplined, adaptable and committed to continuous learning.
Setting clear goals, maintaining a strong work ethic and being open to new challenges are key to long-term personal and professional success.
What is the best social you’ve been on at Arbtech?
The best social has been the three-day weekend away in the Cotswolds, organised as a company-wide work event.
It was a great opportunity to spend time with colleagues outside of the office, strengthen team relationships, and experience Arbtech’s positive and inclusive company culture.
Where do you want to travel to next?
I would like to explore more of Europe, experiencing different cultures, cities and landscapes while broadening my personal and professional perspectives.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?
In five years, I see myself continuing to develop professionally, having built strong expertise within my role and taken on greater responsibility.
I aim to be working within a position that allows me to contribute strategically, support team success, and continue growing within the organisation.
What is a goal you have for the future, in or out of work?
Within work, my goal is to continue developing my skills and progress professionally while connecting with the team and the wider business.
Outside of work, I aim to travel more, explore new places, prioritise time with family and friends, and continue personal growth.
