Amilie Ashley Cooper
Arbtech sounded like a company that really looks after its people as well as encouraging their self-development.
The people.
Everyone I have met so far has been lovely.
It feels like a community, and I’m happy I found somewhere like that.
I’m usually painting or drawing.
If I’m not doing that, I spend a lot of my spare time wandering around antique shops looking for all the cool trinkets I can find!
Find the people who are going to look out for you and support you no matter how big or small the problem or achievement is.
I haven’t had the chance to go on one yet, but I’ve heard about a few and can’t wait to go on one!
I only got a passport last year, so I have a lot of the world to explore!
Japan is on my list of places I would like to be able to go to, as well as travelling through Europe.
I’m not too sure, but as long as I’m happy, with the people I love, and my desire to learn is still as strong as it is right now, I will be happy with whatever comes my way.
I would like to get my PhD eventually, but I am okay putting that off for at least a few years.
Amilie joined Arbtech in July 2025.
