Emma Taylor
After subcontracting with Arbtech in the previous bat survey season, I knew this was a company I wanted to be a part of.
I love that the team at Arbtech is like a family that encourages you to pursue your dreams and will be there to support you every step of the way.
I wanted to be surrounded by like-minded people who have a passion for nature and want to share their knowledge and experiences with you, and that’s exactly what I got from Arbtech.
A sense of community and support between colleagues, and there is always an opportunity to learn something new.
I spend most of my free time in nature and visiting friends, or snuggled up on the sofa with some telly or a good book.
I love to cook and have always had a passion for travel and exploring new cultures.
Set your mind to something and you’ll be amazed by what you can achieve.
Every step forward is progress, no matter how small.
So far, intern training 2024.
We had a great time getting to know each other, having some food and drinks, and enjoying a good game of bowling.
I plan to visit Thailand and/or Vietnam.
I would also love to go back to South America and explore more countries over a longer period of time.
As a senior ecologist, living my best life, and exploring the world.
But most importantly, wherever I may be, I hope to be happy.
My partner and I plan to live abroad, but we haven’t decided on where yet.
So, I guess we will need to keep travelling to find the right place – what a shame!
Emma joined Arbtech in October 2024.
