What made you choose Arbtech?
After one of my close friends started working for Arbtech and spoke so highly of the company, I became interested in being a part of it. When a vacancy was available, it felt like an amazing opportunity.
Alongside this, I had also done my own research on the company and was impressed with Arbtech’s services, brand and reputation.
What do you love most about the company?
I’ve only just started at Arbtech, but I already see so many things about the company that I love!
One thing that stands out to me at the moment is the closeness and importance of the staff to the company, which is something I feel really passionate about.
What do you do when you are not at Arbtech?
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with friends, family and my best friend Ted the Cockapoo!
Otherwise, I love going to festivals, on big walks and travelling. Over the past few years, I’ve been to Vietnam, Thailand, Bali, Tomorrowland and Glastonbury Festival twice, which have all been amazing!
What is your biggest tip to achieve the most in life?
Health is wealth.
This is something that I’m hugely passionate about, and looking after my mind and body is always a priority.
I also believe that everything happens for a reason – something I remind myself of when things don’t go to plan!
What is the best social you’ve been on at Arbtech?
At the moment, I haven’t yet been able to attend any social events at Arbtech, but I’m sure there will be many I will enjoy in the future.
The previous ones looked brilliant, so I can’t wait!
Where do you want to travel to next?
My next travel destination is East Coast Australia at the end of October, which I am looking forward to, as it is a place that I’ve always wanted to go to.
In the future, I would also love to visit Japan or the Philippines. That said, I would happily travel anywhere and everywhere in the world!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?
In five years’ time, I am hoping to still be working for Arbtech, helping the company grow and develop further, and working my way up!
With the rate the company is growing, I am looking forward to being a part of it all.
What is a goal you have for the future, in or out of work?
In the future, one of my goals is to purchase my first home. It is something that I am currently working towards, and once I’m actually able to do it, it will be a huge personal achievement.
Within work, my goal is to be fully immersed in the company and help push the business to the next steps. In order to do this, my goal is to learn as many aspects of the business as possible!
