What really stood out to me about Arbtech was its supportive culture, the opportunities to learn and develop, and the company’s environmental work.
I also had such a positive experience during my interview. Everyone I met was friendly, calm and professional, and I came away feeling that Arbtech would be a place where I could contribute, continue learning and feel genuinely valued.
The people, definitely! Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming.
There is a lovely sense of support, professionalism and respect, which makes starting a new role feel much less daunting.
I already feel that I will be encouraged to grow and will always be able to ask for help when I need it.
Most of my free time is spent with my family. I live with my husband and our two children – Anna, who is 15 and Ivan, who is 13.
I really enjoy the small, ordinary moments of family life — conversations around the table, shared jokes, walks and travelling together.
I also enjoy keeping active and playing tennis. I cannot claim to be an excellent player yet — my enthusiasm is currently stronger than my serve — but I am making good progress and really enjoy the challenge!
Keep learning and keep growing.
Treat people with empathy and always do your best.
Progress does not always have to be dramatic — small and consistent steps can take you a very long way.
I haven’t managed to attend any yet, as I’m new to the company.
That said, I am looking forward to getting involved and being a part of the next one.
Japan and Vietnam are both high on my travel wish list.
I would love to experience their cultures, history, food and scenery. I may need quite a long holiday to explore them properly, but that is a problem I would be very happy to solve!
In five years, I hope to have completed my ACCA qualification, taken on more responsibility and become a confident and valued member of Arbtech’s finance team.
I would love to continue developing my technical knowledge, contribute ideas that improve financial processes and, eventually, be able to support others with their development too.
Professionally, I would like to continue learning and progressing within finance while making a positive contribution to Arbtech.
Outside work, I would love to travel more with my family and help Anna and Ivan receive a good education and develop the confidence to choose paths that make them happy.
Tetiana joined Arbtech in August 2026.
