Arbtech offers flexible working while putting its employees first, which gives me great opportunities to develop my skills, take on new challenges and grow within the company.
What do you love most about the company?
I love the opportunities Arbtech gives you to develop and build on your skills, as well as the chance to travel around the country and experience different places and environments as part of the job.
What do you do when you are not in Arbtech?
I love being outdoors, whether that’s hiking, climbing or surfing. I always feel more at peace when I’m out in nature.
If I’m not doing something active, you’ll probably find me flipping over rocks and logs looking for critters!
What is the biggest tip to achieve the most in life?
Try your best.
There are so many things outside of your control, but you can always control the effort you put in and know that you gave it your best shot.
What is the best social you’ve been on at Arbtech?
ArbFest down in Dorset!
I chose to do the coasteering and had an amazing time.
The silent disco also had a great choice of songs, and some incredible dance moves came out that night!
Where do you want to travel to next?
My list is always changing.
Currently, it’s between the Dolomites and the north of Spain.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
Everything has changed so much in just the last year that I can’t imagine where I’ll be.
Wherever I am, hopefully there’ll be a beach with a nice view.
What is a goal you have for the future, in or out of work?
To see as many places and critters around the world as I can.
